  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp oregano

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow pepper, chopped
  • 10 fl oz red wine
  • 20 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella
