1.5 cups shelled pumpkin seeds
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Pinch of salt

For dessert pumpkin hummus:
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 cup pumpkin purée
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter or almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup or
1/4 cup brown sugar dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8th ground clove
1/8th all spice
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of salt
Water or nut milk to thin out
Optional marshmallow garnish
